Pain points

Sound familiar?

The problems you know too well

Case N°01
1350 unread feedback messages stacked from Slack, email and Intercom

Requests get buried

Feature requests rot in email, Slack threads, and support tickets. Your best ideas never reach the backlog.

Case N°02
A chart contrasting what you shipped against what users wanted

You ship the wrong things

Building on gut feeling wastes months. Your users told you what they need — you just couldn't hear them.

Case N°03
Gmail, Slack and Intercom orbiting a glowing "When?" badge

"When is X shipping?"

Your team answers the same status question manually. Every. Single. Time.

Feedbakery fixes all three.
Here's how.

Watch the product

See it in 22 seconds

Every beat is a real feature: the board, the votes, the roadmap, the changelog email.
No stock footage, no voiceover.

How it works

Three steps. That's it.

No onboarding wizard. No 6-step setup video. You'll have a live board open before this paragraph finishes loading.

Creating a workspace called Acme: the URL fills in as feedbakery.io/acme and the board goes live in 24 seconds.

Features

Everything you need to listen

A simple toolkit that covers the full feedback loop

Capture every idea. Surface the loudest ones.

A feedback board where users post, upvote, and comment. The top of the list is what to build next.

A feedback board with upvote counts, statuses and comments

A public roadmap your team won't forget to update.

Move a post to "In Progress" — the public roadmap moves with it. One source of truth, no second Notion page.

A roadmap with Open, Planned, In Progress and Done columns

Ship it. Everyone who voted gets an email.

A changelog tied to your posts. Schedule entries, add version tags, ship RSS and JSON Feed for the developers who still subscribe to things.

A changelog timeline with version tags and notified voter counts

Embed it in one line. Or npm i it.

A script tag for the marketing site. An npm package with a React wrapper for the product. MIT, ~2 KB gzip, source on GitHub.

Code samples showing the embed script tag and the React SDK
npm, MIT licence and feedbakery-board tags, and a View on GitHub link

Notifications where your team already reads.

Slack, Discord, Telegram, email, signed webhooks. Two-way Jira & Linear sync. Get pinged on new posts, status changes, or when a vote count crosses 100.

Slack and Telegram notifications for new posts and milestones

A dashboard built for 500 posts, not 5.

Batch status updates, post grouping, custom statuses, magic-link login, anonymous mode. The boring parts, handled.

The loop

One post, start to shipped

Follow a single request through Feedbakery. Scroll — the board moves with you.

  1. 01 Submitted A user posts it from the widget inside your app.
  2. 02 Voted up Others find it and pile on. 47 votes in a week.
  3. 03 Planned You move it to Planned. The public roadmap follows.
  4. 04 In progress Linked to a Linear issue. Status syncs both ways.
  5. 05 Shipped Marked shipped, with a changelog entry drafted from the post.
  6. 06 Everyone told All 47 voters get an email. Your team gets a Slack ping.

Dark mode for the widget

Follow the host app’s theme automatically, so the board never flashes white inside a dark product.

Integrations

Plugs into where you work

Feedback lands where your team already reads, and status flows back from where it builds.

Linear & Jira, both ways

Link a post to an issue. Move it on either side and the other follows — with your own status mapping — and voters hear about it.

A Feedbakery post and its linked Linear issue share one status; changing it on either side updates the other.

Notifications where people already are

New posts, status changes, or a vote count crossing a line you set.

  • Slack New posts and status changes, per channel.
  • Discord Same events, for community-run products.
  • Telegram Connect a chat in two taps via deep link.
  • Email For the team, and for everyone who voted.
  • Webhooks Signed payloads for anything else.
Help center Private beta

Answer before they ask

A help center lives next to your board: articles, a question inbox, and a widget that searches your answers first and takes the question only when nothing fits — so “how do I…” never becomes post number 501.

In private beta with a handful of teams. Write to us and we’ll add yours.

Use cases

Built for teams that ship

Startup founders

Replace the feedback spreadsheet. Give early users a place to vote, so you build the right thing from day one.

Product managers

Prioritize features by real user demand, not gut feeling. See what your users actually want before committing to a sprint.

Agencies

Create isolated workspaces per client. Each project gets its own board, branding, and user base.

Open-source projects

Our free plan is ideal for small teams and communities. Let contributors vote on what to build next.

Common questions

Still have questions?

Contact us and we'll help you out.

Contact us
Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 1 board, up to 100 posts, and unlimited users — free forever, no credit card required.

How is pricing calculated?

Pro is a flat $20/month per workspace. No per-seat pricing, no per-tracked-user billing, and no charge for the people who leave feedback.

Can I embed it in my app?

Yes. Drop in a one-line script tag, or install the npm package and render the React component. Both support authenticated embeds.

Do my users need to create accounts?

No. Users can post and vote with a magic link, through an authenticated embed, or fully anonymously if you enable it.

Can I customize the workflow?

On Pro you can define your own statuses, labels and boards, then group posts and update them in batches from the dashboard.

Is data isolated between workspaces?

Yes. Every workspace has its own boards, users and settings, which is what makes Feedbakery work well for agencies.

How does Feedbakery differ from Canny?

Feedbakery is simpler and far cheaper: unlimited users on the free plan, passwordless login and Telegram notifications are included rather than gated behind Enterprise.

Can I import data from Nolt or Canny?

Import from Canny and Nolt is in progress — see the roadmap above. Until it ships we will help you migrate manually.

Does it include a public roadmap?

Yes. Move a post to a status and the public roadmap updates with it — there is no second document to maintain.
